1. លុប​ File Wgatray.exe ពី c:\windows\System32 និង c:\windows\System32\Dllcach
2. ដំណើរការ Run ហើយវាយពាក្យ Regedit
3. ចូលទៅកាន់ទីតាំង HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Window NT\Current Version\Current Version\Winlogon\Notify
4. លុប​ថត (Folder) ឈ្មោះ Wgalogon ចោល
5. Restart Computer
